These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the application yutb7799 ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
yutb7799 is an automation application created and operated by its owner to authenticate with YouTube and to upload, manage, and publish video content on YouTube accounts primarily controlled by the App owner using YouTube’s official APIs. The App is not currently marketed or offered for general public use.
Use of the App is intended for the App owner and any authorized collaborators designated by the App owner. The App does not currently provide public registration.
The App may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable obligations, including but not limited to:
All software, source code, and content associated with yutb7799 are owned by the App owner. No rights, licenses, or interests are granted to any external party except as required for proper operation of the App.
The App integrates with YouTube’s official services. Use of YouTube services is governed by YouTube’s own terms and policies. The App owner is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or limitations imposed by YouTube.
The App owner and authorized users are solely responsible for all content published using the App and for ensuring compliance with YouTube’s policies, applicable laws, and any third-party platform requirements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the App or YouTube services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App owner may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice, for any reason.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected by the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the App owner’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
